Concierge physical therapy
We come to you.
Physical therapy in your own home, on your own schedule. No waiting room, no fifteen-minute slot, no being handed off to whoever is free that day.
Serving the Houston area
A physical therapist who travels to the patient
In your space
Sessions happen where you actually live and work — on your stairs, at your desk, in your own kitchen.
On a retainer
Concierge care you can keep on hand, rather than starting over with a new referral every time something flares.
Paid directly
You pay us for the visit. That is the whole arrangement, and it is why the hour belongs to you.
What we treat
Care built around what your body actually needs
Pelvic health
Pelvic floor function, dysfunction and treatment — an area Delesha trained in through the Herman & Wallace Pelvic Floor Institute and practised under the mentorship of urogynecologists.
Post-operative rehabilitation
Structured recovery after surgery, coordinated with what your surgeon wants — in the home you are actually healing in.
Back, neck & joint pain
Outpatient orthopedic care for the aches that keep you from moving the way you want to.
Dry needling & manual therapy
Hands-on techniques — dry needling, muscle energy techniques, soft tissue mobilization, myofascial release — chosen per patient, never by default.
Gait, balance & fall prevention
Walking assessment and balance work where falls actually happen: your own stairs, bathroom and doorways.
Neuromuscular rehabilitation
Retraining movement after injury or illness, with a decade of home health and acute care behind it.
How it works
Three steps, and one of them is ours
- STEP 1
You get in touch
Tell us what is going on and when you need to be seen. No portal, no phone tree, no waiting on a callback from a front desk.
- STEP 2
We come to you
Your home, your office, wherever you actually are. Treatment happens in the space you live in, which is also the space you have to move well in.
- STEP 3
We keep going
Care continues on a concierge basis for as long as it is useful — the same therapist each time, who already knows your history.
Your therapist
Meet Delesha Qualls, PT, DPT
Delesha earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in 2016, after a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette — where she competed in Division 1 basketball. She knows what it is to train, to be injured, and to come back.
Her decade of practice spans home health, outpatient orthopedics and acute care across Houston, then pelvic health in New Mexico under the mentorship of urogynecologists, orthopedic surgeons and spine surgeons — and helping build a practice from the ground up through the pandemic. Originally from Louisiana, she considers Houston home.
Her approach is holistic and individual: treat the whole person, not the diagnosis. She believes positive energy, encouragement, compassion — and a little laughter — go a long way in healing, and her goal is a team where every patient feels welcomed and valued.

“I was very pleased with my experience at [the practice]. [Delesha] worked with me on issues I experienced post partum. [Delesha] was very knowledgeable in this area and after just 3-4 weeks my symptoms have resolved. She also provided home exercises throughout as well as when I was discharged so that I can maintain my core. The entire staff is kind and discreet while effectively communicating while I was in their care. I would definitely recommend this facility and their staff for physical therapy needs.”
“I came to [the practice] after being afraid of following social media workout routines for postpartum care. I was highly impressed with the knowledge that my therapist [Delesha] had with abdominal weakness and all over body toning. She provided me with a routine that would help me with my abdominal weakness after having 3 children and the last being just recently. I highly recommend this facility. I have been to other therapy centers however, they did not provide me with the amount of background knowledge that [Delesha] had taught me during our sessions together. It was also very easy to make an appointment time and reschedule as needed. After about 5 weeks I was able to continue on my own using the routines I had learned. I feel stronger and more aware of how to use my muscles the proper way to prevent further injury. Thank you so much [Delesha]!”
“Dr. [Delesha] is an excellent practitioner. I have so much respect for her and her work. For techniques and bedside manner are impeccable, and she has healing hands ;))”
“I had such a great time under PT [Delesha]'s care, she really cares for her patients and makes you very comfortable. Also the attention from [a colleague] is amazing! Such a great team! Highly recommend this PT clinic!”
“Was referred to [the practice] by my doctor's office who gave them a high recommendation. I have now worked with [Delesha] and [a colleague] at [the practice] and can also give them a high recommendation. They are knowledgeable, helpful, and experienced. If you are debating where to go, I can't imagine a better place to go.”
“[Delesha] and [a colleague] were diligent in exploring solutions for my issue. They challenged me, encouraged me and showed compassion when it was hard. They gave me tools for success beyond our appointments and I have a routine I can continue at home. They also made hard work seem like fun…great people in a really nice environment. Highly recommend.”

Questions
The things people ask first
- Do I need a referral from my doctor?
- Not to get started. Texas law lets a physical therapist treat you for up to 30 consecutive calendar days without one. If you need care beyond that, we will help you arrange it.
- Where do you travel?
- Across the Houston area. We come to your home, your office, or wherever makes sense for the session.
- How long is a visit?
- Plan on 45–60 minutes, depending on what your care needs that day — the session ends when the work is done, not when a slot expires.
- What does it cost?
- It depends on what your care requires, so call us at (281) 810-8990 and we will talk it through before anything is booked.
- How does payment work?
- You pay us directly for the visit. There is no billing department, and no one else decides how long your appointment runs.
- Do I see the same therapist each time?
- Yes. That is the point of a concierge arrangement — someone who already knows your history, rather than starting over at every visit.
